One bud 0.67 g (average for one bud with two leaves; pure bud — ~0.3–0.4 g). Color — yellow-green, down — silvery-white, dense. Hand-picked.
Amino Acids
≥1.5% (standard); actually with bud picking — ~3–5%. L-theanine dominates. Provides sweetness and «silkiness».
