zunyi hongchacultivar: 以春茶為主，採於清明前後（四月初）；亦會用夏茶同秋茶製作大宗批次。早春採摘嘅芽頭比例最高，甜度更明顯。
ziyang mao jiancultivar: 主要栽培種係紫陽群體種（紫阳群体种，Zǐyáng qúntǐ zhǒng），獲認定為國家級地方良種。屬灌木型（Camellia sinensis var. sinensis），葉片呈橢圓形或披針形。特點係萌芽早、分枝密、抗逆性強、產量高。鮮葉化學成分：茶多酚——30.35%，氨基酸——3.08%，硒——平均0.6530毫克／公斤（最高可達3.8536毫克／公斤）。
zunyi maofengchacultivar: 每年清明前後約10–15日（3月底至4月中）。茶樹經過冬季養分積累，呢段時期嘅芽葉最幼嫩，白毫密度最高。
