- Delicate, clean, with distinct floral notes — hyacinth, violet, light hint of fresh-cut grass.
- Liquor Color
- Very light, pale yellow with slightest pearlescent sheen. Transparency perfect — liquor "glows" in cup. With repeated steepings, shade shifts toward tender green.
